School Dude is a web-based program that can be accessed from any computer.
All requests for work must be submitted through this system.

Please note - you will create a unique- to you- password for your own account and then where it says Submittal Password - that is where you enter the word - password

 IF you have never submitted a work order , you will need to create an account - you will use your email address for your user name and will need to create a password for your own account. This is what you will use to log in to your account if you want to submit a work order. If it asks for an account number when creating your account it is: 109808230 Once you have done that, you will be able to log in to submit a work order. After you fill out the work order, it will ask for a Submittal Password - that is where you enter the word password

SCHOOLDUDE INSTRUCTIONS

The School Dude link is under the About Us link at the top of the home page of the gorhamschools.org website - then under District Departments and then Facilities.

It should only ask for your email and password

If it asks for an account number when creating your account it is: 109808230 

It may make you go through the process to set up an account. You will need to put your email in and a personal password.

Once you do that and enter your work order, it will ask you for a submittal password. That password is... password – YES – you type in the word password! – DO NOT use the password you created for your account. 

You must clear your cache and cookies ocassionally to keep the program working. If you are having problems, please take this step first.

The first time you enter this system, it will give you an error and ask for your Last Name
Enter your last name and Submit

Next screen - check that your info is correct and Submit

Congratulations! Your account is created and you are at the Work Order Request screen
