GMS is packed for the Open House tonight. It is a beautiful evening for students and families to be out meeting teachers and staff before the long weekend.

Gorham schools central office will be closed tomorrow, Friday August 30 due to the Labor Day weekend. Schools will also be closed on Friday (8/30/24) and Monday (9/2/24) due to the Holiday weekend. Enjoy the long weekend with family everyone! I know I will!

Our very own Mr. Loveless got "in on the action" at one of our Narragansett bus stops this morning! The students were thrilled he joined in! What dedicated teachers we have!

Our new afternoon Pre K students did not waste any time trying out the rocking chairs when they got to school today!

GHS 9th graders and GMS 6th graders both began the day with an intro assembly reviewing our refreshed Code of Conduct. There was lots of excitement in the air. A special thank you to the GHS Student Council. They were guides for the incoming 9th grade today.

Teachers are Village Elementary and across the district are very busy today preparing to welcome our students starting tomorrow! We are so excited to have our students return!

Corrected open house information! August 27 (starting at 5:30 pm) open houses at the three elementary schools (Village, Narragansett and Great Falls) is for grades 1-5 only. Kindergarten open houses will be held next week.
